There is something ofr everyone, both in price range and courses. Delicious fish or spicy pizza, salads or beef steak, pasta or vegetarian food. It's all there and then some, all seved with a big dash of friendly service.
Although located only a few steps from the center of town, no nightlife noise reaches Serenade. But that does'nt mean that the party spirit will suffer at night.
Molly O’Meara
Molly is a dedicated Ashtanga practitioner in the tradition taught by the late Sri. K.
Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India and her primary teacher, Paul Dallaghan of Koh
Samui, Thailand. Molly believes that the power of yoga can transform lives. She
honors those who practice for the first time as well as those with a daily practice.
Her teaching style is warm and supportive, and encourages students to explore
beyond their perceived limitations by emphasizing proper alignment to maximize
performance and prevent injury.
Molly is forever a student and thoroughly enjoys all that she learns from those who
practice with her.

Horseback Riding
Acclaimed by thousands of riders with and without experience as the most exciting tropical trekking tour on the island, a great escape from busy tourist areas into virgin Dominican wilderness.
The perfect cultural, ecological and picturesque adventure of your holiday. Ride western style through “Jurassic Park and Indiana Jones” like vegetation of rain forests, river crossings, mountains, canyons and Dominican pueblos. Original foot trails used centuries ago by native Taino indians which today serve local farmers to move cattle. Many times copied but never equaled.

You can also ride on the golden beach around the coast. The tour is 2 hours long and for any level experience. Along the way we also stop to rest, enjoy the view, and refresh ourselves with a selection of drinks and organic, luscious tropical fruit.

Surfing
The Dominican Republic is a very popular Wind and Kite Surfing destination, it’s not very well known for its Surfing, because most attention is on the neighboring island of Puerto Rico. Although we do get world class swells most of the time throughout the year.
Just 5 minutes from our hotel is the most known surfing beach on the island, its contains about 5 peaks. Their all reef breaks. The “Rights” is the easiest of them all, and best for intermediates, it usually requires a NE swell to break. The “Lefts” is a much quicker, hollow wave, and it can get quite shallow. Another one is “Destroyer”, it’s very similar to the “Lefts”, they both require a north swell to break.
East of Cabarete is a beach break named “Mañanero” picks up summer swells very well. This fast and hollow beach break is exposed to wind, so it’s best to get there early.
45 minutes from Cabarete (going east) is Playa Grande, a huge beach/bay which is stunning, just passing by this bay is one of the best breaks to ride “La Preciosa” and “El Barco”, on a winter north or north east swell, these are world class waves.
